I'm sorry, but I don't like seeing honorifics. I know it's really nothing to get annoyed by, but still, reading about Aku-pyon or Roku-me, it just clashes with the rest of the fanfic. "To sweatdrop" wasn't, isn't, and never will be a proper verb. If you really want that sort of reaction in your writing, show it through dialogue or the description of the person's tone of voice, not through the word "sweatdrop". It's a reaction best expressed visually than in writing.

The honorific  -chan is an intimate honorific and I highly doubt that any guy would immediately refer to a girl as -chan and have the girl comfortable with it right away, without even knowing his name.
